I raised a complaint regarding the product because it is not as comfortable as I expected and is also not suitable for my size. However, I have only received a few replies on WhatsApp, and there has been no proper response or resolution from your support team.

I simply want to return the product, but despite contacting your team several times over the past few days, I have not yet received a proper response or assistance with the return.

This is extremely disappointing. The quality of customer support has been very poor, and unfortunately, I am also not satisfied with the quality and suitability of the product.

Please arrange the return of the product and provide a proper resolution at the earliest.

Very bad experience. I ordered this heating pad more than 1 month ago, but I still have not received it. Now you are asking me to give a review. What is the point of asking for a review when I have not even received the product?

The build quality is top notch. The massager itself works well and gives relaxing effect. The foldable design make it compact and works wifh only foot or with calf as well.
Improvement points.
- The package was missing an instruction manual which I felt was much needed.
- Also wished there was some kneading for back of the heel as well. Currently the kneading and rolling is only for the feets.

I’m extremely satisfied with the JSB HF160 leg massager. The build quality is excellent, the massage is powerful and comfortable, and it provides great relief after a long day work.
The different massage modes and compression levels work really well, and I especially like the coverage around the calves and feet. It feels relaxing and genuinely helps reduce muscle tiredness.
Overall, a very good-quality product and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended! 👍

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with JSB Wellness.

I purchased a JSB HF56 Pro Massager Wand (Order #30794) for ₹629.10. The product I received had two clear issues:

The massager produces unusually loud/excessive noise while operating.
The colour delivered was completely different from what was shown on the website. The website displayed a black product, but I received a pink product.

I contacted customer support and provided my order details, photographs, and videos showing both the defect and the colour mismatch. I first raised the complaint on 8 August 2026.

Despite already providing all the required information, I was again asked by the support team to provide my order number, photographs, and videos. I cooperated and sent the requested evidence again.

Unfortunately, even after repeatedly providing the same information, I have still not received a proper resolution. There has been no confirmed pickup, no refund confirmation, and no meaningful update regarding my complaint.

My request has been very straightforward: I want a full refund of ₹629.10. I do not want a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

The biggest problem is not only the defective/wrong-colour product, but the way the complaint has been handled. Customers should not have to repeatedly submit the same evidence while receiving generic responses instead of an actual solution.

I expected JSB Wellness to arrange the return/pickup and process the refund once the defect and product mismatch were demonstrated. Instead, the process has become unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming.

My experience so far: defective product + incorrect colour + repeated requests for information already provided + no proper resolution.

I hope JSB Wellness takes this complaint seriously and improves its customer-support and return/refund process. I would still prefer to see this resolved professionally rather than having to escalate the matter through consumer grievance channels.🧡🧡🧡🧡

Never buy from website, if the product does not work they will ask you to send it by post with your own money and they will not repay you. It’s like waste of time and extra money. They do not have access to easy exchange, website us utterly waste. Buy other product from Amazon is better. I struggled a lot.
