It's a very good and effective massager. Good build quality and performance across specified parameters except Heating is not adequate. Overall a good satisfying buy so far in 2 weeks of purchase. Hope it continues to give same comfort, satisfaction and after sales service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with JSB Wellness.

I purchased a JSB HF56 Pro Massager Wand (Order #30794) for ₹629.10. The product I received had two clear issues:

The massager produces unusually loud/excessive noise while operating.
The colour delivered was completely different from what was shown on the website. The website displayed a black product, but I received a pink product.

I contacted customer support and provided my order details, photographs, and videos showing both the defect and the colour mismatch. I first raised the complaint on 8 August 2026.

Despite already providing all the required information, I was again asked by the support team to provide my order number, photographs, and videos. I cooperated and sent the requested evidence again.

Unfortunately, even after repeatedly providing the same information, I have still not received a proper resolution. There has been no confirmed pickup, no refund confirmation, and no meaningful update regarding my complaint.

My request has been very straightforward: I want a full refund of ₹629.10. I do not want a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

The biggest problem is not only the defective/wrong-colour product, but the way the complaint has been handled. Customers should not have to repeatedly submit the same evidence while receiving generic responses instead of an actual solution.

I expected JSB Wellness to arrange the return/pickup and process the refund once the defect and product mismatch were demonstrated. Instead, the process has become unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming.

My experience so far: defective product + incorrect colour + repeated requests for information already provided + no proper resolution.

I hope JSB Wellness takes this complaint seriously and improves its customer-support and return/refund process. I would still prefer to see this resolved professionally rather than having to escalate the matter through consumer grievance channels.🧡🧡🧡🧡

Never buy from website, if the product does not work they will ask you to send it by post with your own money and they will not repay you. It’s like waste of time and extra money. They do not have access to easy exchange, website us utterly waste. Buy other product from Amazon is better. I struggled a lot.
